We as Hokuetsu Industries Europe attach great importance to a good relationship between us and our dealers / distributors in the world who can also supply the parts for the Airman machines supplied by them, therefore we will always try to refer you to the right dealer / distributor.
For the excavator parts we have appointed a distributor or a dealer per region in most European countries ... which you can find via our dealer locator ... they can also offer you a new Airman mini excavator if required.
For the compressors, generators or scissor lifts delivered through our office in the Netherlands, we can offer you the necessary parts or we refer you to one of our other offices that are responsible for sales outside Europe.
In our warehouse in Oude Meer, the Netherlands, we have various so-called NOS (new old stock) parts for the mini excavators that are no longer available through the normal channels. In addition, we can offer you various original operating manuals, workshop manuals and parts books.
Genuine Airman spare parts
As a manufacturer of Airman products, we try wherever possible to use quality products from renowned Japanese manufacturers to guarantee the quality of our machines. The motor, pumps and drive motors are all Japanese-made ...
We also try to minimize the use of electronics in our compressors, generators and scissor lifts so that the machines can also be repaired in the field without the intervention of an electronics specialist.
